Mostly, the concept here is:
If a powerful Immortal being (Angels, Fampyra, Enmortals) wants ever MORE power, they can drain Rein's life source. Why do this? Well, the Rayne family carries the dark powers of the First ever (and most powerful, no dur!) Fampyra ((see [link] for more information)) and therefore they can be used to gain that power.

Okay, yeah, Now i Remeembered. This most likely takes place with Rein trapped and using the darkness (her Magic) to try and find a way to escape. [Didnt feel like editing the wrappings do basicly, some one (the person who's gonna take her magic) is being a sadistic bastard and using wrappings to strangled her... sounds smexah actually xD]
